Made using goats cheese sourced from a Dolken Dairy Goats at Wiggonby in Allerdale, Cumbria our Brock Blue has a mild blue flavour and a smooth texture. It is matured in the cave at Park Head farm for 2 weeks to bring out the best of the flavour. Made in small batches and with limited availability during the winter months, our Brock Blue has become highly sought after.
