The newest edition to our Cave Range of blue cheese, our Shipston Blue has a full blue flavour and a rich, creamy paste, which develops whilst maturing in the cave at Park Head Farm. All the milk for our award winning Shipston Blue is produced by our own herd of Water Buffalo. Buffalo milk products are an excellent alternative to those who are intolerant to cows milk. Available from March to November.
