A traditionally made Red Leicester, made on the farm at Carron Lodge, this cheese has an authentic character to it with full flavours. Handmade from the milk produced by our own dairy cows who graze the lush Lancashire pastures near the Forest of Bowland. Our cheese is made with love and care to a traditional recipe and mould ripened on wooden shelves. A traditional Red Leicester cheese a true revival of a fabulous cheese, nutty, sweet with a citrus finish.
