Carron Lodge was born and continues to operate on Park Head Farm. We have over 400 Holstein-Friesian Cows and even have 24 Water Buffalo. The farm is set within 370 acres, with our milking parlour and cheese dairy in the heart of the farm. All of our milk is used to produce farmhouse British cheese.
We use the milk from our farm to produce over 40 varieties of cheese. We manufacture all territorial cheeses, as well as artisan blue cheese. We have maturing caves to enhance our flavours, as well as blending, smoking, waxing and cutting & packaging facilities.
As well as producers, we are leading wholesales and distributors of cheese and other fine foods. We have a fleet of over 50 vehicles across the UK ready to deliver to independent retailers and the food service industry. Our head office is on our farm in Preston, although we have depots in London, Gloucester and Market Rasen.
